We had a small area but a huge job to take out a tiled pathway with a big garden & replace it with a coloured cement pathway, garden clearing & a privacy screen. The job had many challenges along the way therefore alot of time, was spent over & above what was originally planned & quoted. The team exceeded expectations. There was alot of communication. I felt very confident that they would provide the best possible results, which they did. The end product is a high quality standard. It was as if the contractor was treating it like his own property. He knew what would look good & how to fix everything. Their experience really shows when you talk to them about everything. The team had to deal with our strata, committee, residents & neighbours. They provided the highest quality of customer service I have ever experienced. They went above & beyond in every aspect, of what was meant to be a small project, however it turned into a more complex and difficult job. Even though they were the only contractor I could get to attend our location, they turned out to be the one we were meant to work with.

Master Builders renovated my bathroom and I was delighted with the results! Hamid had a very pleasant manner and gave expert and creative advice. He made special efforts to comply with my wishes and even said that he would check with his supplier when I jokingly said that I would like a musical toilet seat! Liu is an agreeable young man and showed me a photo of his little daughter with skewers through her nose (Snapchat filter). He displaying excellent workmanship and worked very hard . They came when they said they would and Liu made valiant efforts to meet the promised deadline for job completion but this was a challenge because I think he was doing a number of jobs at the same time. I have already arranged for them to taken on another project at my place.
