Hamid, the owner, and his main guy for fencing don’t really seem to know what they're doing. Everywhere you look there are issues. Things aren’t straight or aligned; hacky and messy patch jobs and fixes; missing panels, structural issues; too many screws; nails sticking out; grinder marks. All of this has caused both functional and aesthetic problems leaving a long list of DIY projects and doubts over longevity. Communication and attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Excuses, arrogance and a lack of pride in the work. No comparison with some great tradies we've found on hipages.

His teams were efficient, professional and did a great job. I did have an issue after the job had finished which was unforeseen. We had a small area but a huge job to take out a tiled pathway with a big garden & replace it with a coloured cement pathway, garden clearing & a privacy screen. The job had many challenges along the way therefore alot of time, was spent over & above what was originally planned & quoted. The team exceeded expectations. There was alot of communication. I felt very confident that they would provide the best possible results, which they did. The end product is a high quality standard. It was as if the contractor was treating it like his own property. He knew what would look good & how to fix everything. Their experience really shows when you talk to them about everything. I would recommend this team based on their quick, efficient communication from the original contact, site visit all the way through to the end of the job. The team had to deal with our strata, committee, residents & neighbours. They provided the highest quality of customer service I have ever experienced. They went above & beyond in every aspect, of what was meant to be a small project, however it turned into a more complex and difficult job. Even though they were the only contractor I could get to attend our location, they turned out to be the one we were meant to work with.

Master Builders renovated my bathroom and I was delighted with the results! Hamid had a very pleasant manner and gave expert and creative advice. He made special efforts to comply with my wishes and even said that he would check with his supplier when I jokingly said that I would like a musical toilet seat! Liu is an agreeable young man and showed me a photo of his little daughter with skewers through her nose (Snapchat filter). He displaying excellent workmanship and worked very hard . They came when they said they would and Liu made valiant efforts to meet the promised deadline for job completion but this was a challenge because I think he was doing a number of jobs at the same time. I have already arranged for them to taken on another project at my place.

I used Master Group for 2 gates on either side of my house. I contacted multiple companies and Master were the only team who could get the job done before Xmas. Terry came out for a prompt quote. Because of the good reviews I proceeded without getting more quotes. I didn't meet the installer but he communicated well with me the night before and during the install. Great job all around. Highly recommended. Very professional service and good quality material.
