A very easy review to give. We used Hamid and his team for a boundary colorbond fence. The customer service was exceptional before, throughout and after the job; the job was done in a timely manner; and the quote was very reasonable. We had a wall removed after storm damage and installed a new modular wall. Dealing with Hamid was incredibly easy and he delivered on time. His communication is always professional and immediate. His teams were efficient, professional and did a great job. I did have an issue after the job had finished which was unforeseen. A quick text to Hamid and he had a team over who fixed the issue within a couple of days. The modular wall with slats looks great. I highly recommend Hamid and his team.

We had a small area but a huge job to take out a tiled pathway with a big garden & replace it with a coloured cement pathway, garden clearing & a privacy screen. The job had many challenges along the way therefore alot of time, was spent over & above what was originally planned & quoted. The team exceeded expectations. There was alot of communication. I felt very confident that they would provide the best possible results, which they did. The end product is a high quality standard. It was as if the contractor was treating it like his own property. He knew what would look good & how to fix everything. Their experience really shows when you talk to them about everything. I would recommend this team based on their quick, efficient communication from the original contact, site visit all the way through to the end of the job. The team had to deal with our strata, committee, residents & neighbours. They provided the highest quality of customer service I have ever experienced. Even though they were the only contractor I could get to attend our location, they turned out to be the one we were meant to work with.

Master Builders renovated my bathroom and I was delighted with the results! Hamid had a very pleasant manner and gave expert and creative advice. He made special efforts to comply with my wishes and even said that he would check with his supplier when I jokingly said that I would like a musical toilet seat! Liu is an agreeable young man and showed me a photo of his little daughter with skewers through her nose (Snapchat filter). He displaying excellent workmanship and worked very hard . They came when they said they would and Liu made valiant efforts to meet the promised deadline for job completion but this was a challenge because I think he was doing a number of jobs at the same time. I have already arranged for them to taken on another project at my place.

I used Master Group for 2 gates on either side of my house. I contacted multiple companies and Master were the only team who could get the job done before Xmas. Terry came out for a prompt quote. Because of the good reviews I proceeded without getting more quotes. I didn't meet the installer but he communicated well with me the night before and during the install. Great job all around. Highly recommended. Very professional service and good quality material.
