I recently had the pleasure of working with Master Groups for the installation of automatic gates at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team at Master Groups was professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation process itself was seamless, with the team arriving on time and working diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. The finished product is of the highest quality, and the automatic gates are a welcome addition to my home. We used Master Groups to build a 15m modular fence and were very pleased with the job they did. Very professional and good construction. They even came back and repainted it after there was a freak storm 10 minutes after the job was completed

The whole process was managed professionally with good attention to detail. Very obliging, kept to the promised time, clean and high quality. Not necessarily the cheapest but no complaints. Would use again for sure.

We had Master Groups come out to install a modular wall and gate, as well as a glass pool fence. Our experience was excellent. They provided an extremely responsive service (and lots of much appreciated advice!), the work was completed promptly and to a high standard, and the workmen were friendly and approachable. We had a small area but a huge job to take out a tiled pathway with a big garden & replace it with a coloured cement pathway, garden clearing & a privacy screen. The job had many challenges along the way therefore alot of time, was spent over & above what was originally planned & quoted. The team exceeded expectations. There was alot of communication. I felt very confident that they would provide the best possible results, which they did. The end product is a high quality standard. It was as if the contractor was treating it like his own property. He knew what would look good & how to fix everything. Their experience really shows when you talk to them about everything. I can't wait to fix the other side of our building & work with them in the future. I would recommend this team based on their quick, efficient communication from the original contact, site visit all the way through to the end of the job. The team had to deal with our strata, committee, residents & neighbours. They provided the highest quality of customer service I have ever experienced. They went above & beyond in every aspect, of what was meant to be a small project, however it turned into a more complex and difficult job. Even though they were the only contractor I could get to attend our location, they turned out to be the one we were meant to work with.

Master Builders renovated my bathroom and I was delighted with the results! Hamid had a very pleasant manner and gave expert and creative advice. He made special efforts to comply with my wishes and even said that he would check with his supplier when I jokingly said that I would like a musical toilet seat! Liu is an agreeable young man and showed me a photo of his little daughter with skewers through her nose (Snapchat filter). He displaying excellent workmanship and worked very hard . They came when they said they would and Liu made valiant efforts to meet the promised deadline for job completion but this was a challenge because I think he was doing a number of jobs at the same time. I have already arranged for them to taken on another project at my place.

I used Master Group for 2 gates on either side of my house. I contacted multiple companies and Master were the only team who could get the job done before Xmas. Terry came out for a prompt quote. Because of the good reviews I proceeded without getting more quotes. I didn't meet the installer but he communicated well with me the night before and during the install. Great job all around. Highly recommended. Very professional service and good quality material.

It’s been a pleasure working with Hamid and team. Very friendly and professional. We needed to replace our old wooden boundary fence with a new lap and cap fence, add a new picket fence and plant screening hedges along. MG team have done an amazing job - very fast and efficient. From fair quoting to actual construction. Would definitely recommend them for landscaping or fencing work.

I recently used MG for two projects, both being fence installations. The latest work was the installation of a Modular boundary fence which has been built to an incredible standard. From quoting through to completion, communication could not have been clearer with very fair costs. Hamid and the team were terrific from start to finish. After previously having a very bad experience with an independent fencer, we were cautious. Hamid and his team were excellent. Right from the beginning they turned up on time, did the measurements, and sent the quote for two long wooden boundary fences for our property. I reached out to Master Groups for a quote to build 3 wooden gates and extend the boundary fence. The on site visit and quote were performed quickly. They were happy to negotiate on price. Once the quote was accepted, the building materials were delivered within a matter of hours. The gates and fence extension were completed to a high quality the next day.
